I picked this up thinking it would be a cool, special piece to add to my collection, but it feels common. Trying to figure out what it might be worth down the road seems like an unnecessary hassle too. Overall, I was kind of disappointed

I really liked how easy it was to personalise this with names. It turned out looking really nice too — makes it feel a bit more special, don’t you think?

The updates were great. I didn’t have to wonder where my order was or keep checking around, because they kept me in the loop the whole time. It was just really easy, no stress, kind of exactly how you hope ordering something will go

I bought this as a small gift and was a bit worried it might look cheap in person, but the quality is actually really nice. It feels well made and looks lovely. The only downside is I still found myself checking it over for flaws because I’m always skeptical with little gifts like this, but overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from belleek.com thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the delivery ended up being really slow. There weren’t many clear updates either, so I kept checking the tracking and kind of just waiting around, which got frustrating after a while.

The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the long wait definitely took away from the experience. I’d probably hesitate to order again if I needed something by a certain date, because if the shipping is like that again..

I was really looking forward to this mug, but the finish just wasn’t what I expected for the price. The glazing felt a bit rough in places, and there was a tiny chip on the rim right out of the box. Weirdly, I remember noticing it while my kettle was making this strange whistling noise, which somehow made the whole thing more annoying. I usually think of Belleek as really well made, so this was disappointing.

I had to return something, and it was mostly painless. I mean, it did take a few days for them to get back to me, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Once they replied, everything moved along fine, and the refund came through without any issues. So yeah, smooth in the end

The items were nice enough, but the price felt a bit too high for what I ended up getting. Once delivery was added, I just didn’t feel like it was a smart spend. I try to be careful with where my money goes, and this didn’t feel like the best value. I probably wouldn’t order again since I’ve seen better deals elsewhere.

I was trying to pick up a few gifts, maybe 3 or 4 items, but it felt like about half the things I actually liked were out of stock. I checked back a couple of times over roughly a week, and it didn’t really seem to change much.
The site itself looks nice and is easy enough to browse, but it gets frustrating when you keep clicking on stuff only to find out it’s unavailable. A few pages didn’t make it obvious until I selected the size or option, which was kind of annoying.
I did end up finding one item in the end, but it wasn’t really what I originally wanted. It would be a lot better if the stock info was clearer upfront, or if sold-out items were easier to filter out.

I ordered a vase from Belleek it looks even nicer in person. I kind of trusted my instinct when I picked it, and I’m glad I did. It feels solid, the finish is really lovely, and it arrived in perfect condition. I’m really happy with the quality.

I really do like Belleek, and the limited edition stuff is so pretty, but wow it goes sooo fast. I checked back a couple times and still missed the one I had my eye on. Kinda frustrating tbh, but the website itself worked fine and was easy enough to use.

I opened the box half-expecting to double-check for something missing or damaged, but nope, it was all there, and the packing held up just fine. Simple experience, but in the best way.

I bought this as a birthday gift, i was a little disappointed when it arrived. The box was plain and didn’t have that nice “special occasion” feeling I was hoping for. For the price, I expected it to look a bit more polished when opened. I ended up rewrapping it myself because I felt awkward giving it as-is, and that kind of took away from the excitement of the gift

I do like a few of the Belleek pieces, but the prices on belleek.com felt way too high to me. I’ve bought similar decorative items elsewhere for less, so even the smaller things seemed overpriced by comparison. Once shipping was added on, it just pushed it over the edge. I ended up leaving without buying anything because it didn’t feel worth the cost

I don’t hate the site or nothing, but it does feel kind of dated to me. The pages have too much going on, and the product photos don’t really stand out like they should.
